At Exceptional Provisions by Design, LLC, we believe that every person—regardless of age or history—deserves the right to feel safe, supported, and seen. As a community-based organization operating as a social enterprise, we provide trauma-informed transitional and supportive housing tailored to meet the unique needs of formerly incarcerated adults aged 65 and older. Our group home model fosters dignity, wellness, and long-term reintegration into the community.
Founded by a social worker with over 26 years of experience, our vision was born from decades of witnessing the systemic neglect of aging adults, veterans, and returning citizens. Exceptional Provisions by Design is more than a housing solution—it is a sanctuary. By reinvesting our profits into life-enhancing programs, we work to restore humanity to those who have been marginalized and provide a safe space for them to thrive in the final chapters of their lives.
